SESAME SPINACH RICE SALAD

Makes 4 servings

1 pound clean and chop spinach

1 cup cooked rice

1 cup mushroom, chopped

1/2 cup red onion, chopped

2 tablespoons sesame seed, toasted

1/2 cup Garlic Herb Dressing

  1. In a bowl combine spinach, rice, mushrooms, onions, sesame seeds and dressing. 
  2. Chill and serve.
