RASP-CRANBERRY WALNUT SALAD
Makes 8 servings
1 6 ounces package raspberry-flavored gelatin
1 boiling hot water
1/2 cups water, cold
1 16 ounces can whole cranberry sauce
1/2 cup celery, chopped
1 cup walnuts, chopped
- In a medium size bowl pour boiling water, pour in package of gelatin stir until dissolved.
- Add cranberry sauce to gelatin stirring until cranberry sauce is broken up.
- Add cold water, walnut and celery to gelatin mixture.
- Stir until thoroughly blended.
- Pour into a gelatin mold and refrigerate for several hours until firm or over night.
