RASP-CRANBERRY WALNUT SALAD

Makes 8 servings

1 6 ounces package raspberry-flavored gelatin

1 boiling hot water

1/2 cups water, cold

1 16 ounces can whole cranberry sauce

1/2 cup celery, chopped

1 cup walnuts, chopped

  1. In a medium size bowl pour boiling water, pour in package of gelatin stir until dissolved. 
  2. Add cranberry sauce to gelatin stirring until cranberry sauce is broken up. 
  3. Add cold water, walnut and celery to gelatin mixture. 
  4. Stir until thoroughly blended. 
  5. Pour into a gelatin mold and refrigerate for several hours until firm or over night.
